APARTMENTS RENTAL REGULATIONS

In order to avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure that you have a successful holiday, please read the following terms and conditions. Confirmation of your booking is tantamount to reading, accepting and agreeing to the regulations.

  1. The flat is rented by the day. A day's stay in the flat lasts from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 11 a.m. (depending on the type of room).
  2. Settlement for your stay takes place by: przelewy 24, or according to another form upon agreement with the flat supervisor.
  3. The wish to extend the stay is taken into account as far as possible.
  4. Guests are required to observe good neighbourhood and curfew hours (22.00-6.00).
  5. If no comments or objections are made to the condition of the flat at the time of move-in, the apartment is deemed to have been handed over in a condition that does not raise any comments or objections on the part of the guest.
  6. The guest of the apartment bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the flat's technical equipment.
  7. Due to the requirements of fire protection in the apartment is not allowed to use any devices that can create a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, heaters, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the apartment.
    Each time you leave the room, please check that it is locked. It is strictly forbidden to take out of the room things belonging to the apartment (such as towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, etc.). Please take care of the rented apartment, turn off unnecessary lighting and turn off the water.
  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors that set off an alarm and summon security services. The cost of the arrival of the services caused by improper use of the apartment, is borne by the tenant.
  9. A guest who intentionally or accidentally damages the equipment of the apartment suite is obliged to pay the full costs incurred.
  10. The landlord is not responsible for the tenant's property left in the apartment.
  11. Earlier departure of the guest, for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the apartment, please arrange with the caretaker of the apartments.
  12. The Landlord does not consent to the Tenant organizing parties, events or meetings for more people than declared at the time of booking.
  13. The landlord does not agree to organize events, such as; bachelor or bachelorette parties.
  14. The landlord may refuse to check in a tenant and accompanying persons under the apparent influence of alcohol, intoxicants, who behave in a manner generally considered vulgar and aggressive.
  15. In the case of gross violation of the rules by the tenant, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect. In such a case, the tenant is obliged to immediately leave the apartment. Any fees paid in this situation are not refundable.
  16. We issue invoices for your stay upon request within 7 days from the date of check-out at which you wish to receive an invoice for your stay, please notify us before your arrival, providing your nip number and email address. They will be sent by registered mail or e-mail to the address indicated.
  17. In the situation of losing keys to the apartment, guests are required to notify the owner of the apartment and pay the appropriate fee, for the replacement of locks and keys.
  18. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number of people registered in the booking process.
  19. By making a reservation, the renter declares that he accepts the following clause: I hereby declare that I consent to the processing of my personal data, under the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000 as amended) by the owner of the Apartments for the purpose of executing the rental agreement

Reservations / Payments:

Payment for your stay is accepted online via Przelewy24.pl.

Confirmation of the reservation is payment for the stay or a deposit - information on the amount is indicated when making the reservation based on the length of stay. The date of payment of the deposit and details for payment processing will be available after the initial reservation is made. Details of the reservation and payment and information about withdrawal from the contract will also be emailed to you.

Extension of stay or change of date is possible only by prior arrangement with the facility.

You have the option as a customer to make a refund/cancellation of the ordered service in accordance with the terms of the reservation. You have the right to withdraw from the contract/cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions described when placing the order.

You also have the right to complain - complaints should be submitted on the day of arrival or during your stay so that the facility can respond immediately. Complaints should be made by phone or email, they will be processed up to 7 working days.
